About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Delivery & Business Lead to oversee project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven delivery excellence, and deep industry knowledge in ERP-driven transformation or digital initiatives, particularly within government or utilities sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project delivery to ensure timely completion within scope and budget. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and accountability. Maintain service quality and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the sales and growth strategy. Oversee budget control, resource allocation, and delivery efficiency. Provide regular progress and compliance reports to leadership. Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP-driven transformation or digital projects, preferably in government or utilities sectors. In-depth understanding of GCC public procurement, project governance, and process analysis. Excellent command of English (proficiency in Arabic is an advantage). PMP, PRINCE2, or CIPS certification is preferred. Immediate availability is highly desirable.
