Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's vision and strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead and coordinate activities across departments, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations.
Oversee wholesale and retail sales channels, enhancing customer experience.
Manage budgets and analyse financial data to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and strategic clients.
Ensure product quality and compliance with health and trade regulations.
Make decisive business decisions based on market analysis and operational data.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the FMCG, food or natural products sector.
Comprehensive understanding of wholesale and retail sales operations and supply chain management.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
