Job overview:

Oliver Wyman is looking to hire a Business Impact Team Analyst to manage activities across the IMEA region. This role can be based in the Dubai or Riyadh office.

Regional process management:

Own the ongoing tracking of business activities of the region, such as investments, projects and localization requirements

Drive the timely delivery of various newsletters and email communications in the region

Support the Impact quarterback with fulfilling the global Impact KPIs

Support with preparing responses to RfPs, client due diligence questionnaires, client audits, etc.

Assist in collation of data, reaching out to relevant functions as required

Coordinate with Legal to ensure the latest RfP materials are available on the RFP Hub on Colleague Connect

Localization requirements:

Drive the coordination and completion of various localization requirements

Provide regular updates to IMEA CoS and IMEA Finance Director

Liaise with relevant functions to obtain data on time (Controllership, HC, Finance, BIT)

Work with third party auditors supporting in the localization audits to obtain relevant updates and share data on a timely manner

Work with other opco leads on same topics as and when required following guidance from IMEA CoS

OW Senior Advisors:

Support the management of IMEA Senior Advisor new contract requests and renewals; proactively highlighting when renewal is required, guiding Partners through the approval process and working with Legal, HC, and FP&A teams to ensure full compliance with the process

Create and maintain IMEA master files (central trackers, biographies, contract cases)

Other:

Support ongoing process improvement initiatives

Assist the Regional Chief of Staff, as required, with:
- Preparing status reports for internal reporting, developing PowerPoint slides and working with Excel
- Liaise with departments to ensure data in internal Finance and HC systems is kept up to date (Senior Advisors, investments, etc.)
- Other ad-hoc projects, meetings and analysis as required

Provide cover for BIT team members during vacation periods

Skills and Attributes:

Bachelor's degree preferred and/or some work experience from a professional services environment

Good command of the English language

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word (able to write slides and conduct simple analysis)

Comfortable working towards deadlines and ability to multitask

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international corporate environment
