Overview Of The Role

This role provides support on pricing, Monthly and Annual reporting, and maintaining database for Aftersales. This will also support the branch for contracts and system issues through service desk for faster response and resolution time.

What You Will Do

Responsible for Monthly Reports to TMC

Responsible for Annual Target Setting to TMC

Maintenance of Records of aftersales KPI Database to be used for forecasting and budgeting.

Create Corporate Pricing based on deals and tender proposal to corporate customers request.

Maintenance and update of parts pricing related to Service contracts

Ad-hoc reporting

Assist all branches service staff by answering their queries, and resolving their system related issues.

Reduce WIP & assist end user quickly in case, staff discount, special parts discount, invoice reversal/ Kms correction, package deletion from the order, split deletion, package not working, change part in the package and time clocking issues

Required Skills To Be Successful

This role requires strong coordination and analytical skills as he/she will be dealing with principal reporting ensuring that all reports are submitted on time with accuracy which is critical to maintain good relation. Maintains Aftersales Key KPI database which will help in forecasting and decision making.

This role will also support pricing for new initiatives and corporate department pricing requests which plays a big part of the business. He/she will also support Service Desk for faster resolution time.

About The Team

The position will report to Planning Manager - Aftersales Distributor and will be supporting the front line as well as planning functions

What Equips You For The Role

3 years\' experience in a relevant position within Automotive industry

Business Analyst/Pricing Analyst experience

Automotive aftersales experience

ERP experience (SAP IS AUTO)

Working knowledge of BI reporting attributes.

Experience in Alteryx / Tableau
