Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Head

to lead our

Outdoor Media and Mall Advertising

vertical. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in media sales and operations who are ready to take on a leadership position with full ownership of growth, client relationships, revenue generation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outdoor and mall advertising sectors. Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, brands, and mall/property owners. Lead client pitches, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop tailored media plans that align with client marketing objectives. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution--from planning and site selection to implementation and monitoring. Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure high-impact delivery.

Revenue & Performance Management

Own revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth. Track sales performance, media inventory, and client feedback to optimize results. Prepare and present regular business reports to senior leadership.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to streamline campaign workflows. Manage junior team members or sales executives, if applicable. Maintain vendor and partner relationships for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or brand partnerships, ideally with exposure to OOH or in-mall advertising.

Skills:

Strong client servicing and sales negotiation skills. Good understanding of the OOH/mall media landscape and emerging trends. Ability to lead meetings, prepare decks, and deliver strategic proposals. Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
