Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for
commercial fit-out projects
(office, retail, hospitality, corporate).
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and project managers
.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate BOQs with design and estimation teams.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, and execution) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience
in commercial interior fit-out, turnkey projects, or interior contracting.
Proven track record in
business development / sales in the fit-out or interior sector
.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred/mandatory)
.
Strong knowledge of
turnkey commercial interior projects
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
