We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Russian-speaking Sales Manager to drive business development and lead sales efforts for our commercial fit-out and residential construction divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both commercial and residential construction markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals.
