Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the fit-out sector.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
Collaborate with the design, estimation, and project teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify potential opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability for the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking forums.
Provide input to senior management regarding business growth strategies, pricing, and market positioning.
