Converting Leads (Walk-in & Digital Leads)to conversions
Conduct client outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
Understand the center's offerings and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
Follow up with leads, schedule trial sessions, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Collaborate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Participate in community outreach and promotional events.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets and report progress to management.
