dynamic Arabic-speaking IT Sales / Business Development professional
with proven experience in the
UAE market
to drive new business, build client relationships, and grow our technology solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the UAE market
Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic- and English-speaking clients
Promote IT solutions including ERP, Software, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation services
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
Key Requirements:
Arabic & English fluency
(spoken and written)
2+ years of IT Sales / Business Development experience in the UAE
Strong exposure to
IT Solutions / ERP / SaaS / Software Sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Understanding of the UAE business culture and decision-making process
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or enterprise technology solutions
Existing client network in the UAE market
UAE driving license is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
