Business Development Executive - Resource Staffing & IT Services

Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and generating new business leads for our resource staffing and IT services divisions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and source new business opportunities in the UAE market for resource staffing and IT services
Research and target potential clients across various industries including banking, healthcare, construction, hospitality, and technology sectors
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Conduct initial client meetings and presentations to understand their staffing and IT service requirements
Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures in coordination with senior management
Sales & Revenue Generation
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Convert leads into successful business partnerships and long-term contracts
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in CRM systems
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement strategic business development plans for assigned market segments
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business reach
Provide regular reports on market conditions, competitive landscape, and business development progress
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
3-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Previous experience in staffing/recruitment or IT services industry is preferred
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Location & Language Requirements
Must be based in Dubai, UAE
Valid UAE residence visa and driving license preferred
Arabic language skills are optional but advantageous
Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
