Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our manpower/staffing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting manpower outsourcing, contract staffing, and recruitment services across the UAE/GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital outreach.
Meet clients (construction companies, facility management, marine, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.) to understand manpower needs.
Pitch and present manpower supply and recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert them to clients.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development within the
manpower/staffing industry
in UAE/GCC.
Strong network of contacts in industries like
construction, FM, logistics, marine, or hospitality
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
UAE driving license (preferred or mandatory).
Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Ability to work independently and handle client accounts.
