What You'll Do
As a
Business Development Officer
, you will be responsible for expanding our student recruitment network and supporting students throughout the admissions journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Building and managing partnerships with student recruitment agencies, consultants, and education service providers.
? Engaging and advising prospective students interested in studying abroad across various destinations.
? Guiding students through admission and application processes, ensuring compliance with institutional requirements.
? Identifying and onboarding education agents to represent IM AMBASSADOR's portfolio.
? Promoting IM AMBASSADOR at educational fairs, webinars, and events across Dubai and beyond.
? Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
? Driving commission-based revenue through effective recruitment and partnerships.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for
results-oriented
professionals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for education consultancy.
Essential Requirements:
? Must be based in
Dubai, UAE
or willing to relocate.
? Proven ability to work in a
target-driven, commission-based role
.
? Bachelor's degree (minimum).
? Fluent in English (spoken and written).
? Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
? Familiarity with international education systems and visa procedures (training will be provided if needed).
? Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
? Comfortable with public speaking, presentations, and representing the brand at events.
Preferred but Not Required:
? Previous experience in
sales, immigration, education consultancy
, or related services.
? Experience managing a network of sub-agents or freelance consultants.
