Business Development Officer
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the company's service offerings. This role combines a
fixed salary
with a
commission-based incentive

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted sectors and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Attend client meetings, presentations, networking events, and exhibitions to promote the company's services.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations) to align business strategies.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and follow-up correspondence.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati) - Mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
