Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives in the real estate sector. The role demands proactive market research, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams to support expansion and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Prepare presentations, proposals, and business pitches for prospects. Support the negotiation and closing of deals in coordination with senior team members. Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and track business development activities. Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and legal teams to align strategies and client outreach.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or related sectors. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Fluency in English and Arabic, or English and European Language.
