Job Description

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Officer to join our growing flower business. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing revenue across multiple channels including retail, online, events, and corporate clients. This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, strong business acumen, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new B2B and B2C sales channels, including hotels, restaurants, event planners, corporates, and retail clients. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality, events, and luxury sectors. Present and pitch products and services to potential clients with tailored proposals. Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with production, logistics, and floral design teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide performance reports. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the floral, FMCG, hospitality, or luxury goods industries Strong understanding of the UAE market, especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Well-presented, motivated, and customer-oriented Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools
