About the Role
Our client, a growing IT solutions and services company, is seeking a proactive and results-driven
Sales / Business Development Manager
to drive B2B sales within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will manage multiple accounts, generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for IT services and products
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Manage multiple sales projects with consistent follow-ups
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and pricing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
2-3 years of
B2B sales experience in the UAE
(IT/Tech industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven
Must be
currently based in the UAE
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
