What you will do
Own new business growth for the agency across UAE sectors (SMEs, retail, F&B, services, etc.)
Prospect and outreach via WhatsApp, calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
Run discovery calls, identify needs, and recommend the right package or custom scope
Build and manage a healthy pipeline (CRM/sheets), with clear next steps and follow-ups
Prepare proposals and presentations with the team and lead negotiations to close
Develop partnerships and referral channels (business centers, consultants, vendors)
Coordinate smooth handover to the delivery team after closing
Track activity and results weekly (leads, meetings booked, proposals sent, close rate)
Requirements
2+ years experience in B2B sales / business development (agency or services preferred)
Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections
Strong communication skills (especially WhatsApp and phone)
Able to write clear emails and proposals
Organized with consistent follow-up habits and pipeline discipline
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (enough to sell confidently)
UAE experience is a plus
Valid UAE work eligibility (visa/work authorization)
Nice to have
Existing UAE SME network
Experience selling retainers (monthly marketing packages)
Confidence presenting to founders and decision makers
