Business Development Manager
. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in logistics and transportation with a proven track record of developing new business and expanding client networks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow the company's logistics and transportation services.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across local and regional markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to position the company competitively.
Work closely with operations and fleet management teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development KPIs.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in business development within the
logistics and transportation industry
.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding, fleet management, and supply chain solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong network within the logistics and transportation sector in Qatar is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Mandatory Conditions
Candidates must be currently based in Qatar

Must have a valid QID and a transferable NOC
.

Pay: QAR6,500.00 per month
