Business Development Manager (Logistics Contracting & Tipping)
to lead business growth initiatives within our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics contracting, tipping services, and heavy vehicle operations, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in logistics contracting, tipping, and bulk transport services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company objectives.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.
Work closely with operations, finance, and fleet departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts and high service quality.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the UAE logistics sector.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum
06 years of experience
in
business development within logistics contracting or tipping operations
in the UAE.
Strong network and knowledge of local market dynamics and contracting procedures.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
