Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with a strong background in the

joinery, fit-out, and custom furniture industry

within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the

joinery and fit-out

domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with

contractors, consultants, designers, and developers

. Lead project acquisition efforts from inquiry to award, including

tendering, negotiations, and contract finalization

. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to propose effective strategies. Collaborate with the Estimation, Design, and Production teams to ensure client requirements are met. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand market presence. Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on pipeline, forecasts, and client feedback.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.

12+ years of UAE experience

in

joinery and fit-out sales/business development

. Extensive network within the UAE construction and interior fit-out industry. Proven track record in securing and delivering high-value projects. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
