Client Relationship Management:
Nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Managing client inquiries and scheduling meetings.
Handling contract negotiations and ensuring smooth project execution.
Collaborating with design and project teams to meet client needs.
Sales and Reporting:
Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Tracking performance metrics and preparing sales forecasts and reports.
Providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance.
Collaboration and Representation:
Working with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and business development within the interior design or fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of design principles, technical specifications, and project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is often preferred in the UAE market.
A valid UAE driving license is also often preferred.
