With a reputation for quality, creativity, and on-time delivery, they are expanding their commercial team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth and lead a motivated sales team.
Role Overview
: The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the interior fit-out industry in the UAE, a proven sales track record, and leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, setting targets and monitoring performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities in the UAE.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the UAE interior fit-out industry.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. o Strong leadership and team management experience.
Excellent network of clients and contacts within the UAE real estate, architecture, or contracting sectors.
Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, timelines, and cost structures. o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
