We're Hiring | Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out
We are a well-established interior fit-out company looking to onboard an experienced Business Development Manager to support our growth across retail, commercial, and bespoke interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with clients, consultants, mall management teams, and project stakeholders
Identify and secure new fit-out opportunities (retail, F&B, commercial, luxury)
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams during pre-contract stages
Track leads, tenders, and follow-ups through to award
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry interactions
Requirements
Proven experience in interior fit-out / contracting industry (UAE experience preferred)
Strong network with retail brands, consultants, or developers
Good understanding of fit-out workflows, costing, and timelines
Confident communicator with negotiation and closing skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach
