Open and develop new hotel accounts through
direct field engagement
Meet and engage with:
General Managers
Operations Managers
Procurement and Engineering teams
Manage the
full B2B sales process
:
Discovery and needs analysis
Solution presentation
Objection handling
Negotiation
Contract closure
Work on
project-based and operational sales
, not retail or showroom sales
Handle multiple stakeholders within the same deal
Who this role is for
Proven
B2B sales experience with hotels or hospitality projects
Strong background in one or more of the following:
Hospitality solutions
HORECA project sales
FF&E / OS&E
Facility / operational solutions
Technology or systems sold to hotels
Demonstrated ability to:
Negotiate contracts
Handle objections
Close deals
Comfortable working independently in the field
UAE market experience is required
If you have strong hospitality or HORECA project exposure and are confident engaging hotel decision-makers, but are looking to grow further into a senior closing role, your application is welcome.
