Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented
Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker)
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients (especially within Russian-speaking markets), and driving revenue growth for our hospitality brands and services.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
within thehospitality, F&B, or tourism industry
.Fluent in Russian and English
(written and spoken) - Arabic is an advantage. Strong network within the Russian-speaking market (UAE, CIS, or GCC preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
