We are expanding our footprint across the UAE and seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager with passion, professionalism, and proven experience in aroma diffusers, fragrance oils, or scent marketing solutions.

Position: Sales / Business Development Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Preference: Female Candidates

Experience: 3-6 years in B2B Sales / Business Development (Fragrance, Hospitality, or Facility Management sectors preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage corporate client relationships across hospitality, retail, real estate, and wellness sectors. Promote the company's aroma diffusion systems and signature scent solutions. Conduct on-site client presentations, demonstrations, and fragrance trials. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured pipeline management. Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver seamless client experiences. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and scent innovations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics in the UAE Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Pleasant personality with a polished, client-facing demeanor Passion for luxury brands, fragrance, and sensory experiences UAE Driving License is an advantage
