We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected professional to join our team as a
Business Development Executive
specializing in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales and marketing with proven relationships across hotels and hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential hotel clients to introduce innovative hospitality solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure successful client acquisition.
Stay updated with hospitality market trends and client needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the hospitality sector.
Strong network and established connections with hotels and hospitality groups.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
