Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients in the healthcare and hospital sectors Promote relevant services and solutions to generate sales and drive revenue growth Create and capitalize on new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and participation in healthcare events Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations that address client needs and business challenges Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs) Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, client communications, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

Prior experience or solid knowledge of the

healthcare or hospital industry

is essential Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Passion for

sales

Must hold a

valid UAE driving license

and have access to a personal vehicle Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Willingness to travel throughout the UAE for client meetings and site visits
