About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Manager

to drive the growth and expansion of our vacation rental business in Dubai. This is a hands-on role focused on developing long-term relationships, managing sales operations, and building a strong client portfolio within the short-term rental industry.

You will act as a key representative of the company--interacting with homeowners, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, handling client onboarding, and supporting the wider management team in daily business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients Systematically manage and update leads in the CRM Set and attend appointments with homeowners and prospective clients Close sales and convert leads into long-term business relationships

Client Relationship Management:

Represent the company during guest check-ins and check-outs Act as a consultant to homeowners interested in short-term rentals Deliver high customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and consistent communication

Team & Operational Support:

Support management in executing business development strategies Attend and contribute to weekly company meetings Maintain awareness of company policies and service updates Collaborate with internal teams to expand and manage the property portfolio

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

2 years of experience

hospitality

real estate

(preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in

Hindi

Arabic
