Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to grow our patient base
Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, event, and government sectors
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with operations and finance teams
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to represent Center services
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, presentations, and sales materials
Provide regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
4-6 years of experience
in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or event management
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent networking and client relationship management abilities
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
