Business Development Manager

to drive patient acquisition, forge strategic partnerships, and lead the growth of our service lines across the country.

Role Summary:

The

Business Development Manager

will be responsible for accelerating the growth of MyCare's services by building and managing partnerships with government bodies, private institutions, insurance companies, and corporate clients. This role is critical in achieving our ambitious expansion plans and delivering accessible, high-quality care to more patients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive

patient acquisition

and expand healthcare services. Identify, pitch, and secure

partnerships

with government entities, private companies, insurance providers, and healthcare stakeholders. Conduct

market research

to identify new service opportunities and untapped patient segments. Represent MyCare at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and offerings. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and delivery of growth strategies. Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and leadership. Drive MyCare's

visibility and reputation

in the healthcare industry through professional networking and relationship-building.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in business development or strategic partnerships in the UAE healthcare sector. Proven track record in

securing contracts and partnerships

with public and private sector organizations. Deep understanding of

UAE healthcare regulations

, insurance systems, and patient acquisition strategies. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. UAE driving license is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
