Call My Doctor Health Care LLC is a leading provider of on-demand healthcare services in Dubai -- from Doctor on Call, Lab at Home, and Nursing at Home to PCR testing, IV therapy, and physiotherapy. We are expanding rapidly and building a modern booking platform that makes access to healthcare easier for patients across the UAE.

Role Overview

We are seeking a UAE National Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth in the healthcare sector. You will build relationships with corporates, hotels, government entities, and community partners to expand our service reach and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth plans.

Identify and secure partnerships with corporates, hotels, schools, government entities, and insurers.

Drive corporate sales for services such as Doctor on Call, Lab at Home, Nursing, and Wellness packages.

Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle -- from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and closure.

Work with the marketing and operations teams to launch campaigns and ensure smooth service delivery.

Provide regular sales reporting, forecasts, and pipeline updates to leadership.

Requirements:

UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book/Emirates ID.

3-7 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or partnerships (healthcare, hospitality, or insurance preferred).

Strong network in Dubai/UAE with corporates, hotels, and government entities.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
