Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience in FM business development within the UAE
Proven track record in securing soft/hard services or integrated FM contracts
Strong knowledge of FM service delivery models and cost structures
Familiarity with
CAFM systems and technology-led FM
innovationsStrategic yet hands-on approach to market development
Strong network within
Dubai's real estate and property management
sectorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (
FM certifications preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
Experience:
Facility Management: 6 years (Required) Business Development: 6 years (Required) UAE: 5 years (Required) CAFM systems and technology-led FM : 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
