Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with solid experience in facility management or building maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and securing new contracts to support the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the facility management/building maintenance sector. Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners. Understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, bids, and quotations. Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and achieve revenue targets. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, performance, and business insights. Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years

of experience in business development or sales within facility management or building maintenance. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and bring in new business. Strong understanding of FM services and building maintenance operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. UAE driving license is an added advantage.
