Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our UAE office. You will be responsible for working directly with clients and prospects, building strategic relationships, introducing our services, and driving revenue growth. This role also includes administration and CRM management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
Engage with incoming prospects and manage outbound follow-ups
Present and promote our workspace solutions and professional services
Identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling relevant services
Track interaction history and sales processes through CRM
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service-level documents
Attend meetings and represent the business professionally
Coordinate with key staff to close deals
Maintain accurate administrative records
Skills & Experience
Proven business development or client-facing experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain CRM discipline
Professional presentation, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
Prior experience in business centre, corporate services, real estate, or consulting sectors is advantageous
Compensation
Basic salary (based on experience)
Commission on closed contracts and performance bonuses
