Position Overview

Core Duties

  • Design and implement organization development and change management strategies to support business transformation
  • Conduct internal assessments, process reviews, and system analysis to identify barriers and recommend solutions
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, interventions, and engagement programs to foster cultural change
  • Create and execute a company-wide employee engagement strategy linked to business outcomes
  • Partner with senior leadership to align engagement initiatives with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to embed engagement concepts into supervisor training
  • Analyze engagement surveys, conduct focus groups, and translate findings into actionable plans
  • Oversee job evaluation, job design, job descriptions, and job grading frameworks
  • Manage the annual performance appraisal cycle, ensuring quality and consistency across departments
  • Oversee and enhance the corporate induction program for new employees
  • Support the Head of HR in developing HR policies and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Design and manage compensation and rewards programs, including salary structures, benefits, and bonus schemes
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure internal pay equity and competitiveness
  • Manage compensation reviews, including promotions, merit increases, and incentive planning
Candidate Requirements
  • 12+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years in an Organization Development Manager role
  • Proven expertise in Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits
  • Demonstrated success in leading OD projects and supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
