Job Description

Responsibilities:

Actively search for and attract new corporate and private clients. Conduct negotiations, presentations, and in-person meetings. Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for growth. Prepare commercial proposals, pricing calculations, and participate in tenders. Manage the full sales cycle--from first contact to contract signing. Develop partnerships and new sales channels. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service launch. Generate sales reports and track growth dynamics.

Increase overall sales volume and expand the client base.

Drive growth of the company's net income through effective client acquisition and optimization of commercial offers.

Requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in services, cleaning, facility management, HoReCa, or B2B). Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Ability to independently source and acquire clients. Analytical mindset and strong results orientation. Proactive, communicative, responsible personality. Existing client portfolio is a strong plus.
