Businesses are changing the way small to midsize companies hire to expand their team to grow. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the service industry.Responsibilities:- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the B2B market to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and execute strategies to effectively promote our services and increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and showcase our services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable contracts that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and market needs to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
