We are representing an expanding alternative investment firm in Dubai, seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving new business revenue, and expanding a client base.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the finance or alternative investment industry
- Proven track record of success in outbound phone sales
- Keen to undertake industry qualifications such as CFA or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate new business revenue
- Identify and target new business prospects through outbound phone sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Work closely with our Investment Managers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
