Salary : AED 16,000 + OTE AED 14,000 + Annual Benefits
Our Client, who has been established in the gulf region for over a decade, has a strong reputation for delivering training of the highest quality, due to their local market knowledge with case studies often exceeding that found anywhere in Europe, USA & rest of the world.
Due to their expansion in the region they are now looking for a Business Development Manager, to be based in their Dubai / Abu Dhabi offices.
Core responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• to actively identify & secure new business plus strengthen existing client relationships
• to implement an effective marketing strategy for new business
• monitor the activities of the competitors and identify current market trends
• to work with Senior Management to provide feedback and suggest new ideas that can enhance the company products
• have accurate administration skills
• to achieve KPI's as agreed with the company

The successful candidate must be Arabic / English speaking and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, have excellent administration skills, and B2B sales knowledge. They must also hold a valid UAE driving license and have their own vehicle, which is essential to carry out this role.
You will also be required to attend weekly meetings and networking events to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.
