Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

Business Setup Advisor

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in

UAE company formation

, free zone/mainland setups, and excellent client relationship skills. You will play a key role in guiding potential entrepreneurs and investors through the process of setting up businesses in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage with potential clients via inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable jurisdiction (Free Zone, Mainland) and license activities. Provide detailed information about the setup process, timelines, and documentation requirements. Prepare and present tailored business setup proposals and quotations. Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and provide post-sales support when needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, government processes, and free zone/DED updates. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company. Work closely with the operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth application and licensing processes.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1-2 years experience in business setup/company formation in the UAE

is mandatory. Good understanding of various UAE jurisdictions (Free Zones, Mainland). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Goal-driven with a passion for sales and customer service. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
