We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to support the growth of our interior fit-out business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, supporting sales activities, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities across sectors such as commercial offices, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
Develop a strong understanding of target markets and customer profiles.

Client Outreach & Initial Engagement:
Make cold calls, send introductory emails, and set up meetings with potential clients.
Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and client contacts.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, capability decks, and proposals.
Coordinate with design and estimation teams to gather relevant documents for tenders and quotations.
Follow-Up & Coordination:
Follow up with clients after meetings and presentations to gather feedback and keep conversations moving forward.
Schedule meetings and site visits with prospects in coordination with senior BD team members.
Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities in CRM or tracking tools.
Prepare weekly reports on leads, prospects, meetings, and sales progress.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior fit-out, architecture, or real estate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client-facing situations and ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic understanding of interior fit-out processes and terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn.
