Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned region
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market & Regional Growth
Analyze regional market trends, competitors, and customer insights
Identify new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities
Represent the company at regional events, exhibitions, and meetings
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
Requirements & QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or regional sales roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage regional responsibilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Valid UAE driver's license
Work experience in event industry is a must

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
