Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of ADNOC Distribution corporate and business strategies across multiple projects.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modelling, cost analysis, and macro-economic scenario planning to assess return on investment.
• Prepare research and analytical materials for Executive Leadership Team, ExCom, and Board presentations.
• Collaborate with Economics and Research teams to analyze market trends, competitive positioning, technological advancements, and key account insights.
• Develop standardized input variables for financial and economic modelling aligned with regional and country macro-economic factors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence assessments for potential business opportunities.
• Communicate strategy insights and analytical findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain strong working relationships with finance teams and business unit strategy teams.
• Provide ad hoc strategic support across ADNOC Distribution functions as required.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• MBA in Strategy or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or in-house corporate strategy roles within large organizations.
• Experience in downstream oil and gas or similar energy industries preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, market analysis, and business case evaluation skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
