Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies aligned with senior management's communication goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Build integrations and ETL processes for the data warehouse using various source systems.
• Create dashboards, data sources, and other visualization tools while ensuring smooth system maintenance, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Research, collect, and synthesize information to create high-impact presentations, reports, graphics, videos, and digital content for the Executive Director.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to schedule and distribute content across appropriate channels.
• Work closely with SMEs, data teams, and decision-makers to produce cohesive and meaningful content.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Oversee and coordinate daily content development activities, guiding junior staff and supporting their skill development.
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor expenditure variances.
• Implement approved policies, processes, and standards to support Directorate work programs.
• Support team performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process enhancements and new tools to improve content quality and operational efficiency.
• Comply with ADNOC's HSE standards and ensure safe work practices.
• Provide regular inputs for MIS and progress reporting to management.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in copywriting, graphic design, or related content fields.
• Strong proficiency with content management and creative tools such as Asana, WordPress, Photoshop, and Flash.
• Ability to convert complex data into visually clear and engaging content.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Skilled in editorial planning, quality assurance, and digital content creation.
