Role Overview



The

Business Development Executive (BDE)

will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, promoting Al Hathaifa Group's

Workforce Solutions, Recruitment Services, Payroll Management, and Customer Acquisition services

, and supporting the growth of our B2B client portfolio.

This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities



1. Client Acquisition & Business Growth



Identify and pursue new business opportunities for

workforce outsourcing, staffing solutions, and customer acquisition teams

. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals. Meet with HR heads, operations managers, and business leaders to understand their staffing and outsourcing needs. Generate leads across sectors such as

Telecom, Fintech, Electronics, F&B, Retail, Banking, and Logistics.


2. Sales Presentation & Proposal Preparation



Present Al Hathaifa Group's service offerings professionally to decision-makers. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service presentations aligned with client requirements. Support in drafting SLAs, workforce models, pricing structures, and service outlines.

3. Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Act as the first point of contact for client queries, follow-ups, and support. Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis



Research labor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry needs. Identify potential high-demand verticals for staffing and outsourcing. Provide insights to management for developing new service models.

5. Coordination & Internal Collaboration



Coordinate with

Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, and Customer Acquisition teams

to ensure smooth delivery of services. Ensure all client onboarding activities are completed as per internal processes. Support in preparing weekly and monthly sales updates.

6. Targets & Performance



Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

as assigned. Ensure strong lead-to-client conversion ratios. Track personal KPIs through CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or service-based industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of Oman labor market and GCC market is an advantage. Driving license preferred; field visits required.
