Sr. Business Development Executive - Energy Solutions
Role Summary
Sharaf DG Energy is hiring a results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and account growth for solar energy, smart home, and IOT-based solutions. This role is based in Dubai and focuses on developing sustainable energy portfolios for commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through lead generation and client outreach
• Promote solar PV systems, smart home automation, and energy retrofit solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients
• Prepare customized proposals and conduct technical-commercial presentations
• Collaborate with engineering teams for solution design and feasibility assessments
• Provide after-sales support and account management for key clients
• Maintain market knowledge and competitor intelligence
• Work closely with government, corporate, and residential stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in energy or technology sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with solar energy, LV/AV systems, or IOT is a plus
• UAE driving license and Arabic proficiency are advantages
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
