Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Short-Term Rental Sales Associate in Dubai (Sales Associate) to oversee the expansion of our holiday rental by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential partners, clients (owners), and driving revenue growth in a specific destination. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our holiday homes agency.
  • Discuss contractual terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar role, preferably in the holiday homes industry and/or real estate.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with owners.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
