We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our premium elevator and vertical transportation systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, market awareness, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, real estate, and facility management sectors.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the technical and estimation teams.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and participate in trade shows/exhibitions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects to stay ahead in the industry.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales within the elevator/escalator industry or related construction/equipment sectors.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of elevator technical specifications and industry standards (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
